The excavator bucket would be used on medium to large excavators. We employed our machining, forming, cutting, and bending capabilities on abrasion resistant AR400 plate steel which provides the structural integrity required in this type of machinery. Large welding robots and positioners were used to ensure accuracy and welds were UT tested. Our manufacturing tolerances were ±.05 mm and we supplied 30 to 50 units per month.
